The TLE4964-4M is a high-precision unipolar Hall Effect switch designed for demanding automotive and industrial applications. It offers a wide operating supply voltage range (3.0 V to 32 V) with overvoltage capability up to 42 V without external resistors, reverse polarity protection, and output overcurrent/overtemperature protection.
