2021-2022: Deepening High-end Medical Lighting, Breaking Through Core Mould Technology.
To address the industry shortcomings of "uneven illumination and insufficient mould precision" in domestic LED surgical shadowless lamps, the company launched a core technology initiative: independently designing special mould for LED surgical shadowless lamps, using German-imported CNC machining centers for precision manufacturing. The mould cavity precision was controlled within ±0.03mm, ensuring the assembly error of the lamp's optical components was less than 0.1mm, meeting the EU medical device mould manufacturing standards. The simultaneously developed LED surgical shadowless lamps were equipped with independently researched "multi-array optical lens" technology: the peak illumination reached 160,000lux (far exceeding the industry standard of 120,000lux), with an illumination uniformity of 98%, and the color temperature could be steplessly adjusted between 3500K-5500K to adapt to different surgical scenarios. Meanwhile, the products obtained IEC 60601-2-41 medical electrical safety certification and CE certification. |
