This high gradient magnetic separator is a professional industrial deironing device for mineral purification. The permanent magnet version requires no excitation power during operation, lowering power consumption by 30%–40% versus traditional electromagnetic separators. The entire purification process relies on physical separation without chemical additives, bringing no secondary pollution. All separated iron waste can be recycled and reused to maximize resource utilization.
The material-contact drum is lined with thickened wear-resistant rubber to withstand persistent material friction and impact.
