This permanent magnetic separator is a professional mineral processing and impurity removal device developed based on the magnetic susceptibility gap between target minerals and magnetic contaminants. Fitted with an optimized magnetic circuit and high-performance rare earth magnetic roller, the unit produces a stable high-gradient magnetic field to efficiently trap ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic impurities.
It is extensively used across mining, coal washing, ceramic raw material processing, chemical engineering, building materials and scrap metal recycling sectors. The machine enables continuous automatic feeding, magnetic separation and discharging to support non-stop mass production. It thoroughly eliminates iron contaminants from raw ore and non-metallic minerals, upgrading ore grade and finished material purity while lowering raw material loss, and can be seamlessly integrated with crushing, grinding and screening production lines.
Built with a fully sealed integrated frame, this magnetic separator runs reliably under harsh conditions including heavy dust, high humidity and heavy load, delivering consistent long-term separating performance for industrial manufacturing.
The proprietary magnetic circuit delivers evenly distributed magnetic flux and zero magnetic decay after long-period continuous operation. Its overall separation efficiency peaks at 99.5%, capturing ultrafine iron dust and weakly magnetic contaminants that conventional separators fail to extract.
The all-permanent-magnet design eliminates the need for excitation power during operation, cutting power consumption by 30%–40% versus traditional electromagnetic separators. No chemical additives are involved in the entire separation process to avoid secondary pollution, and separated iron waste can be fully recycled.
The material-contact roller is coated with thick wear-resistant rubber to withstand friction and material impact. The whole machine reaches IP65 protection grade, adapting to humid, dusty and corrosive workshop sites and drastically lowering equipment breakdown rates.
A single unit supports two processing modes for dry mineral powder sorting and wet slurry separation. Rotation speed and magnetic intensity are freely adjustable to match diverse raw material processing requirements.
