Our high gradient magnetic separator is specialized deironing equipment for mineral purification, engineered based on different magnetic susceptibility of target minerals and iron contaminants. Equipped with optimized magnetic circuit and high-performance rare earth magnetic roller, the machine creates stable high-gradient magnetic field to efficiently capture ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic impurities.
Widely used in mining, coal washing, ceramic raw material processing, chemical manufacturing, building materials and waste metal recycling industries, the machine realizes fully automatic continuous feeding, separation and discharge to support non-stop mass production.
It thoroughly eliminates iron contaminants from non-metallic ores such as kaolin, albite and quartz, upgrading ore grade and finished product purity while cutting raw material loss. The equipment can be seamlessly matched with crushing, grinding and screening full production lines.

Exclusive magnetic circuit layout delivers evenly distributed magnetic flux, with zero magnetic attenuation after years of continuous operation. The comprehensive iron removal efficiency hits up to 99.5%, successfully trapping ultrafine iron dust and weakly magnetic foreign substances that conventional magnetic separators fail to filter out.
Permanent magnet models require no excitation power during operation, lowering energy consumption by 30%–40% versus traditional electromagnetic separators. The whole separation process uses no chemical reagents, generating no secondary pollution. All separated iron waste can be fully recycled for secondary utilization.
The material contact drum is covered with thick anti-abrasion rubber lining to withstand long-term friction and material impact.
