This magnetic separator is a specialized mineral processing and de-ironing device developed based on the different magnetic susceptibility of raw minerals and magnetic contaminants. Fitted with an optimized magnetic circuit and high-performance rare earth magnetic roller, it generates a stable high-gradient magnetic field to efficiently capture ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic impurities.
Widely adopted in mining, coal washing, ceramic raw material processing, chemical manufacturing, building materials and scrap metal recycling, the equipment supports fully automatic continuous feeding, separation and discharging for non-stop mass production. It thoroughly eliminates iron contaminants from raw ore and non-metallic minerals to boost ore grade and finished product purity while cutting raw material loss, and can be seamlessly integrated with crushing, grinding and screening production lines.
Designed with an integrated fully sealed body, the separator maintains stable operation under severe working conditions featuring heavy dust, high humidity and heavy loads, delivering consistent long-term separating performance for all industrial production scenarios.
Our exclusive magnetic circuit design delivers evenly distributed magnetic flux with zero magnetic decay after years of continuous operation. The overall separation efficiency can hit 99.5%, capable of trapping ultrafine iron dust and weakly magnetic contaminants that standard separators cannot extract.
The full permanent magnet structure requires no excitation power during operation, lowering power consumption by 30%–40% compared with conventional electromagnetic separators. No chemical additives are involved throughout the separation process, eliminating secondary pollution, and all separated iron waste can be completely recycled.
The roller surface in contact with raw materials is lined with thick wear-resistant rubber to withstand friction and material impact. The whole machine complies with IP65 protection standard, adapting to humid, dusty and corrosive workshop environments and significantly lowering equipment breakdown frequency.
A single machine supports two processing modes for dry mineral powder sorting and wet slurry purification. Rotation speed and magnetic field strength are freely adjustable to satisfy diverse raw material processing requirements.
