This high-performance magnetic separator is a professional mineral processing and deironing equipment designed for non-metallic mineral purification. Utilizing the magnetic susceptibility difference between target minerals and magnetic impurities, the machine adopts an optimized magnetic circuit structure and high-efficiency rare earth magnetic roller to form a stable high-gradient magnetic field. It can efficiently adsorb ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic fine impurities hidden in raw materials.
Widely applicable to kaolin, quartz, albite, ceramic raw materials, mining, coal washing, chemical materials, building materials and recycled metal materials, the equipment supports fully automatic continuous feeding, magnetic separation and discharging. It enables large-capacity, uninterrupted production, effectively removing iron contaminants, improving material purity and ore grade, and reducing raw material loss. Perfectly compatible with crushing, grinding and screening production lines, the whole machine adopts an integrated fully sealed structure, ensuring stable long-term operation in dusty, humid and heavy-load harsh working environments.
Equipped with an upgraded proprietary magnetic circuit system, the machine achieves uniform magnetic field distribution with almost no magnetic attenuation after long-term continuous operation. The comprehensive separation efficiency reaches up to 99.5%, effectively capturing ultrafine iron powder and weak magnetic impurities that cannot be removed by ordinary magnetic separators.
The permanent magnet structure requires no excitation power during operation, reducing power consumption by 30%–40% compared with traditional electromagnetic separation equipment. The entire separation process requires no chemical additives, causing no secondary pollution. All separated iron impurities can be recycled and reused, achieving environmentally friendly and low-cost production.
The material contact drum is covered with thickened high-wear-resistant rubber to resist material impact and long-term friction. With standard IP65 protection grade, the equipment adapts to dusty, humid and corrosive working conditions, greatly lowering failure rate and extending service life.
One machine supports both dry powder sorting and wet slurry separation. The magnetic field strength and roller rotating speed are adjustable in real time, flexibly meeting the purification requirements of different materials and different production processes.
Adopting simplified mechanical structure with fewer vulnerable parts, the equipment only needs regular bearing lubrication for daily maintenance without complicated professional operation. It effectively reduces manual maintenance costs and production downtime.
