This high-gradient magnetic separator is a high-precision deironing and mineral purification machine specially developed for non-metallic mineral processing. High Magnetic Stability & 99.5% Separation Efficiency Featuring an optimized magnetic circuit layout, this magnetic separator delivers uniform magnetic field distribution with zero magnetic attenuation during long-term operation. It achieves a maximum separation rate of 99.5%, effectively capturing ultra-fine iron powder and weak magnetic impurities that ordinary separation equipment cannot remove.
Energy Saving & Eco-Friendly Performance The permanent magnetic type requires no excitation power during operation, reducing power consumption by 30%–40% compared with traditional electromagnetic separators. The entire working process uses no chemical additives and produces no secondary pollution. All separated iron impurities can be recycled, realizing environmentally friendly and low-cost production.
