This API 610 OH6 vertical machine is built around a precision-ground speed-increasing gearbox and a CFD-refined impeller, producing up to 200 m3/hr at heads to 1,500 m. Because the hydraulic envelope matches the original frame, engineers avoid piping changes and costly civil work.
The high speed centrifugal pump design uses a rigid vertical shaft, a high-stiffness bearing set, and balanced axial thrust to deliver stable performance across the full curve. This reduces vibration, extends mechanical seal life, and lowers unplanned maintenance costs in continuous duty.
Each integrally geared high speed pump is assembled in an ISO 9001 workshop, dynamically balanced, hydro-tested and performance-verified on a calibrated test bench. Full dimensional reports and material certificates are issued with every unit, giving procurement teams the documentation they need for plant acceptance.
