ETFE Product Overview
ETFE is fluorine-containing polymer mainly with ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene alternative structure, not only exhibits the equivalent excellent resistance to strong acid and alkali, chemical corrosion and so on to polytetrafluoroethylene, but also possesses thermoplastic and processing of polyethylene (PE). Meanwhile, ETFE also showcases exceptional mechanical properties and dielectric properties, radiation resistance, chemical stability and weather fastness that are close to perfluoropolymer.
In the ultraviolet and visible regions, a 25-micrometer ETFE film has a transmittance of 89-95%. With the long-term usage temperature range of 10°C to 50°C and a combustion rating of UL94V0, it is suitable for flame-retardant high-temperature wiring. Due to its physical and chemical properties, ETFE has been widely used in electricity (high-grade wires and cables), chemical corrosion prevention, construction industry and so on.
Powdered ETFE Rotolining-SHRL series
Product Description
The processing temperature is approximately 280°C-300°C, the powder with the melting finger of 20-30 is selected, the particle size is greater than the spray coating, the film is thicker, the production of concave and convex folds is reduced, the performance is excellent after drying and curing, and it is suitable for heavy corrosion protection, which can effectively prevent the penetration of corrosive liquids and gases. The rotoplastic powder with high fluidity and strong adhesion and corrosion resistance is made of F40. It solves the problem that various special-shaped containers and high-purity reagent containers cannot be lined in the field of chemical corrosion protection.
SHRL series: High fluidity, rotational molding and lining molding, molding thickness of 2-5mm, high corrosion resistance, high resistance to stress cracking.
