• Precision Machining: Our CNC turning and milling centers handle tight tolerances (+/-0.005mm) for critical components like piston rods and rod guides.
• Automatic Banding Technology: We utilize self-developed automatic PTFE banding machines to produce low-friction, wear-resistant banded pistons, significantly improving shock absorber longevity.
• Surface Treatment: In-house steam treatment, blackening and zinc plating lines provide superior corrosion resistance and hardness (HRB 60-100).
