A: Yes, cone angle, outer diameter, wall thickness, tip profile and total tube length can all be customized based on customer drawings or physical samples.

Q: What is your standard dimensional tolerance for this tapered conical tube?
A: Our standard production tolerance is ±0.02mm. Higher precision requirements can be achieved after technical drawing confirmation.

Q: Will the pointed tip be burr‑free after taper processing?
A: We adopt precision tapering plus post‑processing deburring and electropolishing. The pointed tip is smooth without burrs or sharp fragments.

Q: Do you provide sterilization service for this conical tube component?
A: These are precision metal semi‑finished parts. We do not offer sterilization service. Customers shall complete sterilization before final end‑use application.
