KDW PRTV anti-pollution flashover coating is a new type silicone coatings. It can be long-term stored in sealed container and cured by absorbing moisture in the air. This product is neutral, has good adhesion performance to insulator, excellent electrical insulation performance, resistance to damp, resistance to corona. Besides, the cured coating has excellent migration performance of hydrophobicity, resistance to UV, rain and hail, excellent outdoor aging resistance performance and long service life. It is mainly used for high voltage line insulators surface of external insulation. Electricity department high voltage line insulators surface of external insulation.
1. Low viscosity, easy to spray, strong operability;
2. Good migration performance of hydrophobicity, resistance to water and damp;
3. Excellent electrical insulating performance and aging resistance performance.
1.Use dry cloth to clean the surface of insulator before using, then it can be operated in good weather.
2.Spray on clean and dry surface when operating, the coating thickness should be over 0.25mm, holidays should be avoided.
3.The tack free time would be about 30 minutes, and the completely cured time would be 24 hours after operation.
