Xi’an Simo Motor Co., Ltd is the only sales company which directly subordinated to Xi’an Tech Full Simo Co., Ltd. The company originally named as “Xi’an Motor Factory” and restructured to “Xi’an Simo Motor (Group) Company Ltd” in 2004, then changed to “Xi’an Tech Full Simo Motor Co., Ltd” in October of 2009 by equity transferring. The business scope involves many fields, such as motor, electricity, motor research and development, repairing, casting, mould manufacturing, electric control, logistics, etc. It has become a modern enterprise which focused mainly on motor manufacturing and vigorous diversified industrial structure.
Relying on the strong technical power of Xi’an Tech Full Simo Motor Co., Ltd, we developed complete types of motor which include 31 series, more than 1800 brands and 19500 specifications. The power range is from 0.35kW to 20000 kW and the registered trademark is “Simo Motor”.
Our products conform to the international, national and industry standards, which are widely applied in fields of power, coal, petroleum, mining, metallurgy, railway, transportation, chemical industry, agriculture, hydraulic power, aviation, navigation and high technologies, etc. We are the motor supporting manufacturer specially designated by the Ministry of Railways.
“Simo” brand has been appraised as the provincial, municipal and ministerial “High-quality Product”, “Famous-brand Product” and “National Inspection-free Product”, “Chinese Glory Famous-brand Product” and etc. The brand took the lead in obtaining ISO9001-1994 quality system certification in 1995; ISO9001-2000 quality system certification in August of 2005 by CQC; ISO14000 environment management system and OHSAS18000 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification in May of 2006, becoming the first authorized enterprise among motor industry. Meanwhile, “Simo” motor obtained the authentication of European “CE”, American “UL”, Russian “GOST’ and national compulsory certification “CCC”, acquiring AAA grade quality credit and ranking top 500 among China machinery industry.
Xi’an Simo Motor Co., Ltd established Provincial Technical Center approved by National Economic and Trade Commission in 1999 and identified by provincial enterprise technology center in 2008 and 2012. It undertakes the design tasks of AC high voltage motors, High voltage variable frequency motor, AC synchronous motor, AC low voltage, low voltage variable frequency motor, DC motor and generators, etc.

High voltage motor VPI tank group (Diameter 5m * Height 4m), can improve the electric strength and mechanical strength of work pieces, mainly applying in 10kV, 6kV high voltage motor stator and iron with winding rotor; supporting with special dryer of large size motor stator, which can effectively remove the internal moisture and air of winding, improve moisture-proof, water-proof and pollution-proof abilities, providing customers fine and reliable electric products. Motor tests are tests conducted by utilizing motor test platform, instruments and relevant equipments, referring to technical indexes of installation relevant regulations, electric property, mechanical property, safety performance and reliability of supported products with motor as main proper. Through these tests, full or part motor related performance data can be reflected and motor test and inspections are indispensable important links of motor researching, manufacturing and maintenance. Simo motor test center is identified by CNAS with registration number of CNAS L9204. Test center has 13 high voltage AC generating sets, each 1 set of 7500KVA capacity and 6000KVA capacity, 23 DC generating sets, which can handle with short circuits, empty load, withstand voltage, super high speed, leaking, full-load, vibration, noise and type tests. |
