The firewood trommel screen will efficiently remove all fines (dirt, gravel, wood chips & splinters) through the fine screen and most of the kindling and smaller pieces of wood through the coarse screen. The firewood trommel screen is designed as an add on to a bulk processing system. Cleaning the wood in the last step before packaging for bulk retail sale. For wood yards this means the wood is cleaner, more saleable and results in more accurate weight measurement. With a constantly loaded feeding hopper, the capacity of this machine is estimated in excess of 60m3 per hour. Structure and Principle

The gravel trommel is made up of five main parts: central drum, rack, funnel, reducer, motor and so on. Is a more traditional screening equipment. After the material crushed by the crusher enters the roller sieving machine, the material can be screened evenly by centrifugal force and jigging of the center drum. Depending on different mesh screen mesh to screen materials one by one. Sieved out different specifications of stone and then passed through the chute into the belt conveyor to transport to the finished material yard. The gravel trommel simple structure, very smooth operation, can add
dust cover. After adding dust shield,it has good sealing property, low noise and quick screen changing. The gravel trommel has the advantages of fine classification,large separation ratio, high yield, accurate separation and low failure rate. The gravel trommel machine is especially suitable for screening and grading use in stone plant.
