Brief of mobile stump shredder plant
Mobile rotary stump shredder plant is our own design and development patent product .It is very popular in the market because of the multi-blades rotor,rotary feeding hopper,diesel engine and hydraulic motor driven shredding mobile plant , the non-central feeding structure with the Frequency conversion rotating bin will be easy to shred the stump,tree root, tree branch, and some wooden plate or wood chips,Sheet scraps,small diameter wood,easy to crush the large size wood or biomass materials ,especially large size waste furniture. The whole plant is made up of tire chassis,power unit,hydraulic unit,electricity system,conveying system.Basing on the requirement, the mobile trommel will be matched to make a crushing and screening line to separate the biomass product into different size pile.
Benefit and feature of mobile stump crushing plant
1. Advanced technology,the non-central feeding mode and the pulling rod on the inner wall of bin are favorable to feed.
2. Rotary bin is frequency conversion controlled, once the rotor can’t crush the wood materials, it will oppositely rotate in order to prevent jamming.
3. Multi-Blade rotor will make the crush action high efficiency and completely , the best blade materials , the unique design and assembly will let the blade serving life longer and save the manufacture cost.
