The wood crusher produced by our company is a king of newly-developed wood crushing equipment for raw wood, which is an innovation on the basis of traditional crusher-making theories both home and abroad. It is composed of machine body, knife chipping part, chips re-crushing part and sieving part, etc .It combines both chipping and crushing in one machine, can make sawdust in one passage, no need to use wood chipper for pre-processing of wood logs.
Wood crusher machine advantage:
1.1. Wood crusher can crush wood, corn cob, agri waste, etc.
1.2. It doesn't need drying wood and can directly crush them.
1.3. It adopts the blade cutting and high-speed airflow impact, collision double crushing function as an organic whole, and also can finish the small material processing operations at the same time . In the crushing process of the blade cutting, rotor produce high-speed airflow, along with the direct of the blade cutting to rotate , materials in the air flow speeds up, and make the material crush by double pieces again at the same time, and speed up the material crushing rate.
Main usage:
It is a whole body with blade and crusher, and can crush 1-20cm wood and branch. It also can adapt bamboo, grass, corn stalk, kaoliang stalk and other kinds of fiber materials.
