The briquette press specialize in pressing various powder material, like charcoal,coal, coke, and semi-coke, etc. Due to double rollers forced squeezing briquette machine press, the discharged briquettes have features of high density, high strength and high hardness. Roller material adopts 65Mn and wear-resistant alloy material(patent technology). This alloy roller is processed through special hard-packed casting technique, exclusively. Only by this material can we solve the key problem of roller not wearable all the time and make its lifetime extend 3-4 times. Our technical workers have mastered lots of practical experience research of study and numerous testing about briquette machine press.

·Q: Can only one set charcoal briquetting machine complete briquetting?
A: No, before briquetting, the raw materials should be in 0-5mm, the water content of raw materials should be 8-15%, aslo some raw materials maybe need binder in process,so in general the complete briquettes production line include Drying --- Hopper --- Crusher--- Mixer--- Charcoal Briquetting Machine--- Briquette Dryers, but if you had those auxiliary equipment,you can only order briquetting machine.
·Q: What is the binder in process?
A: It is depend on the properties of your raw materials, and also usage of briquettes. We have some formula of binders for some of raw materials, we would like to share them to our customers.
·Q: How about the hardness of briquettes?
A: Our charcoal briquetting machine adpot 9Cr2 forging steel to make rollers, with a hydraulic station, the whole pressure is very high, the briquettes will not broken when it drop up from 5meters high.
·Q: After ordered a charcoal briquetting machine, how do we slove the equipment installing?
A: For a small single charcoal briquetting machine, we offer you user manual, customer will install and commissioning as operating introduction; For a complete production line, we will send our engineer to your workplace to help you install and commissioning untill machines work normally.
· Question : What's the delivery time after I pay the deposit?
A: We will clear delivery time in slaes contract, Single charcoal briuqetting machine often deliveried within 10-15 working days after receipt of the pre-payment. Complete briquette production line will delivery within 25-40 working days after receipt of the pre-payment.
