The baler machine with the door is widely used to press waste plastic bottle.
Main Features
1.The host frame system: More high quality steel gas shielded welding casting solid framework, advanced mechanical design makes equipment durability.
2. Conveying system:High quality thickening flange beam frame, high strength steel plate type transmission belt.
3. Hydraulic System : Hydraulic pump, solenoid valve, key parts adopt imported components and hydraulic cylinder oil seal, packing pressure, fast, durable, low noise.
4.Electric control system: Using Siemens motor, original mitsubishi PLC programming controller.Other buttons, sensors, infrared correlation, such as remote control system for the key parts adopt imported components, key operation simple and convenient maintenance.
5.Security alarm system:Program control five safety automatic lock down alarm. In the equipment misuse, lack of power supply, power phase sequence error, high pressure, people stray into the mouth when the automatic shutdown alarm.
