The 2t/h charcoal briquette line supply scope includes:Belt conveyor(4 set),  Wheel grinding mixer (2set), Binder stirring pot (1 set), Box feeder(1 set), SLB-360 Model briquette machine (1 set) ,, Belt conveyor(4 set)，mesh belt dryer (1 sets)Electric control cabinet(1set). 

1.Pit

We have supplied the drawings of pit and built by the buyer

2 Wheel Grinding Mixer of charcoal briquette line
It is specially designed for the agitation machine. It has two 1500kg rollers and internal & exterior scrapers which make the adhesive material well mixed in short time, when it is agitated and crushed. According to the different proportions of the material, each time adds 700-1000kg material and agitated 2-4 minutes. The machine has automatic discharge device, thus it will be greatly save the labors. 

3.Box Feeder of sponge charcoal briquette line
For the wheel grinding mixer is batch mixer(input ,output ), the box feeder store the material temporary after mixed, makes the briquette machine normal working and feeding smoothly.

4.Binder Stirring Pot of charcoal briquette line
The agitated adhesive maybe controlled by quantitative vessel or timely controlled by mud pump, and then it will be add to the roller rolling mixing equipment in proportion and mixed with the material. There is a tee on the both bottom of the agitation tank to connect the machine and the mud pump to quantitatively feed the roller rolling mixing equipment.

5.Briquette machine  of charcoal briquette line
By pressing, the machine can mold a variety of mineral power, metal power, coal power, coke power, charcoal power and other material. Due to the use of forced squeeze by pair roller, the products have high density, high strength and high hardness. Besides, the press roller of the machine with good abrasion resistance, lengthening effectively service life of the press roller.

6.Mesh Belt Dyer of charcoal briquette ine
The charcoal briuqettes mesh belt dryer’s work principle is as follows: the charcoal briquettes laid evenly on the mesh belt, driven by the transmission device, the materials move back and forth in the dryer, where hot wind passes through the material and the water vapor is discharged from the weep hole, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. The dryer is composed of standard sections; to save place, the dryer can be made in multi layers, and the common structure includes three layers with two rooms and five layers with two rooms. with 6-40m length and 0.6-3m effective width.
