Mobile rotating compost trommel screener is cylindrical drum which is inclined and installed on the frame, the motor is connected to the drum device through a coupling, the driving drum will rotate around the axis direction. When the materials enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the materials on the screen surface is overturned and rolled so that the fine material is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the back end of the drum of trommel screen, and the coarse material is discharged at the tail of the drum discharge. As the material in the drum devise flip, rolling, so the materials stuck in the sieve can be ejected to prevent the sieve blocking.
Small materials enough to pass through the screen (fines) while the larger debris exits through the opposite end of the trommel drum. This produces two products, one of a finer soil and one of rocks, roots, wood waste, etc., which is referred to as rejects, overs, or trash.
The mobile topsoil trommel screen machine is a screening equipment developed by our company for small and medium-sized and light materials such as topsoil, compost, wood chips, cow dung, sand and gravel.
Due to the turning and rolling of the material in the screen drum, the material stuck in the screen hole can be ejected to prevent the screen hole from being clogged. Trommel screen machine mainly consists of motor, gearbox, screen drum, frame, inlet and outlet. The screen drum is mounted obliquely on the frame. The motor is coupled to the drum unit via a coupling through a reducer to drive the screen drum unit to rotate about its axis. After the material enters the screen drum, due to the tilting and rotation of drum screen, the material on the screen surface is turned over and rolled, so that the qualified material (the product under the sieve) is discharged through the screen, and the unqualified material (the product on the sieve) ) is discharged through the end of the screen drum.

Screens out unwanted inorganic material from compost such as plastic utensils, wine corks etc It has the following characteristics: 1. Smooth operation and low noise; 2. Structure and Principle
The mobile trommel screen is mainly composed of hopper, screen drum, idler assembly, transmission part, discharge conveyor, brush, underframe, rear axle, traction, diesel generator, control cabinet, protective cover and other parts. The basic working principle of the trommel screen: the material is poured into the silo by the loader, and transported to the trommel screen by the conveyor on the silo, and then the motor reducer drives the idler to rotate the screen cylinder, and the material particles in the screen cylinder follow the screen. The drum rotates to a certain height, is thrown and dropped by gravity, and is filtered through the screen to form a screening. Finally, the screened materials are transported to different places by different conveyors.
