6-S shaking table belongs to gravity beneficiation equipment, which is developed from plane chute and has its own system characterized by asymmetric reciprocating motion. It is suitable for separation of gold, tungsten, tin, tantalum, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead and other non-ferrous, black and rare precious metal minerals of 2-0.037 mm ore sand and slime grade, and for separation of 4-0.037 mm pyrite; After properly changing the form of the bed strip, the nonmetals such as fine coal and slime, monazite and rutile can be selected, and other mixed materials with sufficient specific gravity difference and proper particle size composition can be selected.
Shaking table working principle:
Shaking table separation is realized under the joint action of bed shaking and transverse water flow. The bed bar on the bed surface is vertical and nearly perpendicular to the direction of water flow. When the water flows across a bed bar, it forms eddy current in the groove. The combined action of eddy current and bed shaking can make the ore sand layer loose and layered according to the density, the heavy minerals turn to the lower layer, the light minerals turn to the upper layer, and the upper light mineral particles are subject to the greater impact of water flow, However, the heavy ore particles in the lower layer are subject to a small impulse, so the transverse movement speed of light ore particles on the bed surface is greater than that of heavy ore particles on the bed surface. This process is "delamination"
