The mobile trommel screening machine is a screening equipment developed by our company for small and medium-sized and light materials such as compost, wood chips, cow dung, sand and gravel. It has the following characteristics: 1. Wide material adaptability: Used for screening of various materials. Can be used for screening materials such as compost, topsoil and cattle and sheep manure. 2. High screening efficiency: The device has a rotating helix inside. During the screening process, the materials entering the screening cylinder can be rotated and screened according to the spiral to improve the screening efficiency of the equipment. 3. The projection composition is large and easy to zoom in: Under the same size, the circular area is larger than other shapes, so the effective screening area is large, so that the materials can be fully contacted for screening, and the screening weight per unit time is large.
Structure and Principle
The mobile trommel screen is mainly composed of silo, screen drum, idler assembly, transmission part, discharge conveyor, brush, underframe, rear axle, traction, diesel generator, control cabinet, protective cover and other parts. The basic working principle of the trommel screen: As you feed materials into the drum, the material begins to rotate and tumble inside the drum before calming down intermittently. This revolution is completed along the length of the drum. Hence, the finer materials pass through the screen openings while the larger ones tumble to their exit through the rear end of the drum. Separation of different materials is done most efficiently to produce highest output.
