Trommel screen has wide range of sizes and capacities,Mining Machinery Rrotating Vibrating Drum Sieve is a mechanical screening machine used to separate materials. Trommel screen consists of a perforated cylindrical drum that is normally elevated at an angle at the feed end,motor,reduction unit,screen frame and sealing cover. When materials flow towards along the inclined rotating drum,materials jump and roll,he undersized material smaller than the screen apertures passes through the screen, while the oversized material exits at the other end of the drum.
The MTS1550 trommel screen machine is the larger trommel screens in our factory. It can be used to screen Earth Sand Compost Wood chips Construction waste Topsoil etc.
It including a 11kw electric type,screen area is 18.84m2,processing capacity is also 90m³/h per hour,product size is 9400*2200*2900mm. It has left and right conveyor belts and brushes.
working principle
The working principle of the trommel screen is that after the material enters the trommel screen from the feed hopper, under the action of power, the material enters the trommel screen and is screened into materials of specific particle size. The screened material is transported out by the side belt conveyor.
