This brand-new 3200℃ intermittent induction vacuum laboratory furnace is high-precision equipment specially developed for small-scale material experiments.
It combines advanced medium-frequency induction heating technology with a complete vacuum and protective atmosphere system, supporting ultra-high temperature working conditions up to 3200℃ to satisfy the demanding sintering and heat treatment requirements of various high-performance materials.
Customized for experimental testing and scientific research, the furnace comes in three different specifications to offer flexible and dependable solutions, ranging from trial experiments and lab testing to precise sample preparation in research and small-batch production. It adopts an advanced IGBT control system matched with Japan’s Shimaden FP93 temperature controller, enabling steady and sensitive temperature regulation.
For precise non-contact temperature detection, it is fitted with an American Raytek infrared pyrometer covering 1000℃ to 3200℃. This professional setup ensures accurate temperature control and excellent temperature uniformity within 5℃, delivering stable, repeatable and high-quality outcomes for diverse high-temperature processes.
The furnace runs under vacuum or argon micro-positive pressure environment, supported by a closed internal recirculating water cooling system for reliable heat dissipation. Customized options such as gas purifiers are available to meet specific material processing needs, making it perfectly suitable for R&D and small-volume production in materials science.

Carbon & Graphite Materials: Processing of graphite powder, graphene, anthracite, carbon nanotubes, carbon fiber, and graphite powder.
Ceramic & Hard Alloys: Sintering of silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, boron carbide, and other high-performance ceramic components.
Special Functional Materials: Heat treatment of lithium battery materials, rare earth oxides, radiation-proof materials, rhenium materials, metal billets, and powder metallurgy products (e.g., metal/composite metal powders).
Other Materials: Processing of boric anhydride, magnesium fluoride, poly-silicon materials, calcium carbide, and negative electrode materials.
