  • By integrating proven medium-frequency induction heating technology with a complete vacuum and protective gas system, it delivers ultra-high-temperature operation up to 3200℃, meeting the demanding sintering and heat treatment requirements of advanced high-performance materials.
  • Tailored for R&D and academic research, this furnace is available in three configurations, offering flexible, reliable solutions from initial trials and lab tests to precise sample preparation and small-batch production. Its advanced IGBT control system, paired with Japan’s Shimaden FP93 temperature controller, ensures stable, responsive thermal regulation.
  • For accurate, non-contact temperature monitoring, it features an American Raytek infrared pyrometer with a range of 1000℃ to 3200℃. This professional setup guarantees precise temperature control and exceptional uniformity within ±5℃, delivering consistent, repeatable results for all high-temperature processes.
  • Operating in either vacuum or argon micro-positive pressure environments, the furnace is supported by a closed-loop recirculating water cooling system for stable thermal management. Optional add-ons like gas purifiers can be integrated to meet specific material processing needs, making it ideal for both cutting-edge research and low-volume production in materials science.

  • Carbon & Graphite Materials: Processing of graphite powder, graphene, anthracite, carbon nanotubes, carbon fiber, and graphite powder.
  • Ceramic & Hard Alloys: Sintering of silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, boron carbide, and other high-performance ceramic components.
  • Special Functional Materials: Heat treatment of lithium battery materials, rare earth oxides, radiation-proof materials, rhenium materials, metal billets, and powder metallurgy products (e.g., metal/composite metal powders).
