A reducing tee is a fitting used to create a smaller 90° branch from a main pipe. Compared to an "equal-diameter tee + bushing" combination, using a one-piece reducing tee eliminates one connection point, thereby reducing potential leaks and lowering installation costs. This simple, efficient design makes it an ideal solution for both cost-effectiveness and reliability when diverting flow from a main line to a smaller branch line.
Threaded cast fittings offer an economical, versatile connection solution for low- and medium-pressure piping systems. Produced using a precision casting process, they achieve excellent dimensional accuracy and a smooth surface finish. Their key advantage is the threaded connection, which eliminates the need for welding and facilitates subsequent maintenance and modification.
The selection of 316/CF8M stainless steel provides enhanced corrosion protection for piping systems. The inclusion of molybdenum in 316 offers a wider corrosion resistance range, providing more comprehensive protection and ensuring the long-term, stable operation of the entire distribution system.
Our cast pipe fittings are produced using a precision casting (silica sol) process to achieve excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish. This process begins with a wax pattern, which is then coated with multiple layers of refractory material to form a ceramic shell. The wax is then heated to melt and flow out. Molten stainless steel is then poured into the hollow shell. After the molten steel cools and solidifies, the shell is broken to produce a highly precise pipe blank. This is then machined, tapped, and finished.
