Working Process
Magazine Loading – An operator loads one or more magazines filled with PCBs onto the loader's lower conveyor track. The magazines are positioned and secured in place.
Magazine Positioning – The system automatically detects the presence of the magazine and transports it to the loading work position using motor-driven升降 mechanisms.
PCB Extraction – Upon receiving a board request signal from the downstream equipment (e.g., the etching machine), the loader activates its push rod or pusher mechanism to gently push a single PCB out of the magazine slot and onto the conveyor track. Magazine Changeover – When a magazine is completely emptied, the system automatically lowers the empty magazine and moves it to the upper return track. Simultaneously, the next full magazine is automatically cycled into the working position. An audible or visual alarm alerts the operator to remove the empty magazine and load a new one. This changeover typically takes approximately 30 seconds.
Continuous Operation – The entire process repeats continuously, enabling unattended, uninterrupted board feeding for extended production runs.
The entire system is controlled by a microcomputer PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with a touchscreen interface for programming, monitoring, and fault diagnosis. Standard SMEMA communication interfaces allow seamless integration with other automated equipment.
