Low iron 3.2mm solar tempered glass, also known as photovoltaic glass, is specially designed for PV modules and solar power systems. Adopting high-quality low-iron ultra-clear raw materials, it features high light transmittance, high mechanical strength and excellent impact resistance. After strict tempering treatment, the glass owns stable performance, wind pressure resistance and weather resistance, suitable for long-term outdoor use. It is an ideal protective cover glass for solar panels, widely applied in photovoltaic power stations, household solar equipment and new energy projects.

- Tempering Process: Heated to ~620°C (softening point) and rapidly quenched with high-pressure airflow, forming a compressive surface layer that enhances strength and thermal stability.
- Substrate Material: Ultra-clear low-iron glass (iron content ≤ 0.015%), minimizing visible light absorption and laying the foundation for superior transmittance.
- Thickness Range: 2mm,2.5mm,3.2mm, 4mm, 5mm (standard); 6mm–10mm (custom for heavy-duty/utility-scale projects).
