· Encoder: Mounted on the feed roller, it accurately measures the length of the sponge fed and provides feedback to the PLC. When the feed length reaches the set single-piece length, the PLC commands the lifting system to operate once, completing a cutting cycle.
· Servo System: Responsible for precisely controlling the blade's lift position, achieving micron-level accuracy.
Power and Control System

· Electrical Cabinet: Contains electrical components such as the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), frequency converter, servo drive, and circuit breaker.
· PLC: The core of the entire control system, receiving operating instructions, processing sensor signals, and coordinating the actions of the feed motor, blade motor, and lift servo motor.
· Human-Machine Interface: Typically a color touchscreen, this allows the operator to set parameters such as cutting thickness, cutting speed, and number of slices cut, and monitor the machine's operating status in real time.
