The SZG double-cone rotary vacuum dryer consists of a double-cone rotating tank. Under vacuum conditions a heating medium is introduced into the jacket, and the heat comes into contact with the wet material through the inner wall of the tank. The water vapour evaporated from the wet material after absorbing heat is removed by a vacuum pump through the vacuum exhaust pipe. Because the tank is under vacuum and the rotation of the tank causes the material to continuously tumble in and out, the drying speed is accelerated, drying efficiency is improved and uniform drying is achieved.
Granular coffee powder is tumbled continuously in the rotating tank, so it dries evenly under vacuum and keeps its aroma, while the closed system prevents leakage and contamination.

The double-cone tank rotates under vacuum while a heating medium introduced into the jacket conducts heat through the inner wall of the tank to the wet material. After the material absorbs heat, the water vapour evaporates and is removed by the vacuum pump through the vacuum exhaust pipe. Because the tank is under vacuum and its rotation makes the material tumble in and out continuously, the drying speed is accelerated, drying efficiency is improved and drying is uniform.
