High-Precision Multi Turn Wave Spring for Ball Bearing Preloading
Proper bearing preloading is a key factor in extending the service life and maintaining the rotational accuracy of high-speed rotating equipment. Jiangsu Sanzhong Elastic Technology Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures specialized Multi Turn Wave Spring configurations that provide a continuous, predictable axial force to ball bearing outer rings. By taking up internal clearances and compensating for thermal expansion, our crest-to-crest wave springs eliminate bearing play, reduce vibration, and prevent skidding damage at high speeds.
Unlike traditional wave washers that offer limited deflection, our multi-turn configurations provide a wide deflection range. This allows the spring to maintain a stable preload force even as the shaft expands or contracts due to friction-induced heat. By replacing standard wave washers with our crest-to-crest flat-wire springs, operations can lower operating temperatures, minimize high-frequency noise, and improve overall rotational stability.
