Our multi-turn wave springs are manufactured using a continuous winding process from a single strand of pre-tempered flat wire. This eliminates the structural stress points found in stamped alternatives and provides uniform crest-to-crest contact across the entire spring surface. The result is a consistent, linear spring rate that is ideal for face-sliding components, such as mechanical seals, where precise axial pressure is critical to maintaining a liquid-tight barrier.
