Nickel: 3.5-4.5% - Enhances toughness and ductility
Molybdenum: 0.5-1.0% - Improves pitting and crevice corrosion resistance
Carbon: ≤0.05% - Ensures good weldability and formability
Manufacturing Process
Hot-Rolled: Formed at elevated temperatures to improve ductility and reduce hardness. Forged: Precision-forged to enhance internal structure, eliminating porosity and ensuring uniform density.
