631 stainless steel plate, also known as 0Cr17Ni7Al or SUS631, is a high-performance semi-austenitic precipitation-hardened stainless steel. Its chemical composition includes carbon (C) ≤ 0.09%, silicon (Si) ≤ 1.00%, manganese (Mn) ≤ 1.00%, sulfur (S) ≤ 0.030%, phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.035%, chromium (Cr) 16.00~18.00%, nickel (Ni) 6.50~7.75%, copper (Cu) ≤ 0.50% and aluminum (Al) 0.75~1.50%.
Physical and mechanical properties
In the solid solution state, the hardness of 631 stainless steel is ≤229HB, the tensile strength is ≤1030MPa, the conditional yield strength is ≤380MPa, and the elongation is ≥20%; after aging treatment at 565℃, the hardness is ≥363HB, the tensile strength is ≥1140MPa, the conditional yield strength is ≥960MPa, and the elongation is ≥5%; after aging treatment at 510℃, the hardness is ≥388HB, the tensile strength is ≥1230MPa, the conditional yield strength is ≥1030MPa, and the elongation is ≥4%.
631 stainless steel has the following characteristics:

Fatigue resistance: It is not easy to suffer fatigue damage under repeated stress, and it is suitable for parts that need to work stably for a long time.
Good corrosion resistance: It can maintain good performance in a variety of corrosive environments and reduce the damage of corrosion to the material.
Good die forging: It is suitable for die forging and can be made into various parts with complex shapes.
Small deformation under high temperature: The deformation is very small under high temperature environment, which ensures the dimensional stability under high temperature working conditions.
