B2 stainless steel pipe is a high-performance alloy steel pipe, mainly used to cope with harsh working environments. Its chemical composition mainly includes elements such as nickel, molybdenum, iron and chromium. By precisely controlling the content of these elements, excellent physical properties and corrosion resistance are achieved. The chemical composition of B2 stainless steel pipe is as follows: carbon ≤ 0.02%, phosphorus ≤ 0.04%, sulfur ≤ 0.030%, manganese ≤ 1.0%, silicon ≤ 0.10%, nickel as the balance, chromium ≤ 1.0%, cobalt ≤ 1.0%, iron ≤ 2.0%, molybdenum 26.0~30.0%
Physical properties: The physical properties of B2 stainless steel pipe include density 9.24g/cm³, melting point 1330~1380℃, tensile strength ≥ 690Mpa, yield strength ≥ 310Mpa, and elongation ≥ 40%. Its face-centered cubic lattice structure gives the material good mechanical properties and chemical stability.
Corrosion resistance: B2 stainless steel pipes show excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of corrosive media, and can resist concentrated sulfuric acid, various non-oxidizing acids, chlorides, and organic acids. Especially in reducing environments, such as those containing chloride ions, its corrosion resistance is particularly outstanding and can remain stable and safe for a long time.
