C22 Hastelloy stainless steel pipe is a high-performance nickel-based alloy pipe with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature stability, and is widely used in various industrial fields.
Chemical composition and physical properties: The main chemical components of C22 Hastelloy alloy include nickel (about 56%), chromium (20.0%-22.5%), molybdenum (12.5%-14.5%), iron (about 3%), tungsten (about 3%), cobalt (less than 2.5%), etc. The precise ratio of these elements makes C22 alloy perform well in a variety of corrosive environments. Its density is about 8.69-8.9 g/cm3, and its melting point is between 1300-1350°C.
Corrosion resistance: C22 alloy performs well in a variety of corrosive environments, especially in strong acid and oxidizing media. It can effectively resist corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and chloride solutions, and has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Even in high temperature and chloride-containing environments, C22 alloy can maintain its structural integrity and ensure the long-term stability of the equipment. Application areas: C22 Hastelloy stainless steel pipes are widely used in key equipment and structures in petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, power and other industries. Specific applications include: Petrochemical industry: used to manufacture equipment such as reactors, heat exchangers and pipelines to withstand the erosion of various corrosive media. Chemical industry: plays an important role in acetic acid/acetic anhydride production, acid leaching, cellophane manufacturing and other fields.
