317L stainless steel pipe is a high-performance stainless steel material, produced according to the American ASTM standard, which is equivalent to my country's 00Cr19Ni13Mo3 stainless steel. Its main components include chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni) and molybdenum (Mo), with specific contents of: chromium (Cr) 18.00%~20.00%, nickel (Ni) 11%~15%, molybdenum (Mo) 3%~4%, carbon (C) ≤0.08%, silicon (Si) ≤1.00%, manganese (Mn) ≤2.00%, phosphorus (P) ≤0.035%, sulfur (S) ≤0.030%.
Features:
317L stainless steel pipe is an ultra-low carbon stainless steel with good intergranular corrosion resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. Its mechanical properties include yield strength ≥177MPa, tensile strength ≥480MPa, elongation ≥35%, hardness HBS≤187, HRB≤90, HV≤200.
In addition, 317L stainless steel pipes can resist corrosion in air or chemical corrosive media, and have excellent chemical corrosion resistance, ductility, stress corrosion resistance, compressive strength and high temperature resistance.
Due to its excellent performance, 317L stainless steel pipes are widely used in many industrial fields. Specific applications include:
