KAIYAN operates a modern metal stamping workshop equipped with 20 advanced stamping presses, including well-known brands such as Komatsu, SEYI, and Chin Fong. Our stamping machines range from 45 tons to 200 tons, allowing us to handle a wide variety of metal stamping processes and product sizes. This diverse press capacity enables efficient production of precision metal components such as electrical terminals, contact springs, RF shielding parts, metal brackets, and custom stamped hardware. With stable equipment performance and experienced technicians, our stamping workshop ensures consistent product quality, high production efficiency, and reliable delivery for both small and large volume orders.
Grinding Workshop
KAIYAN is equipped with high-precision grinders, drills, milling machines and surface grinders, ensuring a grinding precision of 0.001mm.
Testing Equipment
We are equipped with salt spray testers, projectors, 2.5D optical measuring instruments, Vickers hardness testers, flatness testers and other testing equipment to ensure stable and reliable product quality.
