How do you prevent scratching on "Pre-Painted" or "Mirror-Finish" steel?
We utilize Polyurethane-Coated Vacuum Cups and specialized "Air-Cushion" de-stacking. The robots are programmed with S-Curve acceleration profiles to ensure that there is zero relative movement (sliding) between the gripper and the part during high-speed transfer, preserving the integrity of the decorative coating.
How does the system handle frequent model changes (e.g., switching between different fridge sizes)?
Our lines are equipped with Automatic Tool Changers (ATC) and programmable de-stacking stations. When you switch a SKU on the HMI, the robots automatically swap their grippers, and the NC feeders adjust their width and pitch. This "Flexible Automation" allows you to run multiple appliance models on a single line with minimal downtime.
Can the line integrate secondary operations like "Nut-Clinching" or "Hole-Sensing"?
Yes. We often integrate In-Die Sensoring and robotic "Station-Sharing." While the part is being transferred, the robot can pass it through a laser-sensing station to verify hole alignment or stop at a clinching station to install mounting studs, eliminating the need for a separate assembly line.
