How do you prevent "Hydroplaning" or slippage during high-speed blank washing?
We utilize Variable-Force Squeeze Rollers and high-friction polyurethane coatings. The control system automatically adjusts the nip pressure based on the material thickness and line speed. This ensures that the oil film remains consistent (typically 0.5 to 1.5 g/m²) while preventing the blank from sliding, which is crucial for maintaining feed accuracy.
Can the stacking system handle non-ferrous materials like Aluminum?
Absolutely. While traditional magnetic stackers are common for steel, we deploy High-Flow Vacuum Belts or Venturi-based Suction Cup arrays for aluminum.
