How do you ensure the safety of the die and press during high-speed changeover?
We utilize Multi-Point Safety Interlocks. The QDC controller is electrically interlocked with the press's Emergency Stop circuit. The press cannot initiate a stroke unless all clamps reach target pressure and "Die-In-Position" proximity sensors are confirmed, preventing catastrophic tool damage from misaligned dies.
What is the advantage of Hydraulic Clamping vs. Mechanical Clamping for automotive dies?
Hydraulic Clamping offers consistent, vibration-resistant force and faster actuation.
