MVR Steam Compressor Fully Customized 7T/H Two-stage Series Ammonia Removal Distillation System Special Motor Bearing
A 7T/H two-stage MVR steam compression system specially designed for high load ammonia recovery conditions, equipped with explosion-proof enhanced motor bearings (Ex d IIB T4 Ga) and a fully stainless steel water-cooled compression chamber. This system achieves stable boosting and closed-loop utilization of heat energy for the distillation of high concentration ammonia gas at a rate of 7 tons/hour.
The energy efficiency is as low as 20-40 kWh/t water, with noise control ≤ 65 dB (A). This system completely solves the problems of high energy consumption, high corrosion, and high vibration in traditional distillation. It has been successfully applied in harsh environments such as chemical and pharmaceutical industries, with cumulative operation exceeding 20,000 hours.
The system supports modular quick disassembly, remote IoT monitoring, and 7×24-hour localized emergency response. It serves as the safe, intelligent, and zero emission power core of heavy industry ammonia resource utilization systems.
Centrifugal Compression Advantages
Centrifugal compression is the optimal choice for MVR systems used in processes such as evaporation crystallization, concentration, and temperature/pressure increase applications.
