Product Overview
Specially customized fully lubricated explosion-proof bearing components for MVR systems in chemical plants. Features a Hastelloy inner ring and ceramic ball rolling element structure, resistant to LiPF₆, NMP, fluoride and other highly corrosive media. Maintains stability even at working temperatures up to 90°C.
Integrated dual head oil mist lubrication system achieves constant pressure sealing and efficient heat dissipation in the bearing chamber. Vibration control ≤ 4mm/s, operating noise ≤ 65 dB (A). Shell complies with Ex d IIB T4 Ga explosion-proof certification and meets GB 3836.1-2024 standard.
