Cold rolling is an integral part of the modern procedure for effective metalworking. Wuxi GUANGCAI Machinery has gained prominence as a Chinese manufacturer of cold roll forming equipment, roll forming accessory equipment, roll formed products, and protection films. We offer more than a hundred variations of the roll forming machine for panels including the color steel plate, glazed roof tile, building floor deck, multi-function composite panel, C/Z purlin, carriage board, etc. Comprehensively sorted in 20 major product series, these advanced equipment sets are ideal for the processing of curved panels and trapezoidal plates for irregularly shaped roofs, e.g., conical, spherical. Customization options are available for attributes such as raw material, dimensions, and tensile strength. Client-side blueprints and samples are accepted.
Our machinery is utilized extensively by industries such as light steel, automobile, and civic engineering. A domestic distribution network allows us to provide full coverage for more than 20 provinces nationwide. We export globally to countries and regions including America, Russia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, etc.
We are currently headquartered within the Qianqiao Industrial Park of Wuxi city, near Taihu Lake. Our property spans over 32,000 square meters, of which 12,000 is occupied by facilities. We have an experienced staff or more than 300 employees. Our development team of 30 consists of senior and intermediate engineers, all of whom are experts in the fields of design and manufacturing. These professionals can provide total solutions for non-standard cold roll forming machines based on individual customer preferences. Efficient communications with client-side representatives allow us to meet their exact demands. Our implementation of advanced information technology enables high working proficiency. We have been dedicated to researching and developing roll forming technology for special shape panels and special thickness panels. We rank in the leading place in the cold roll forming industry of China. Up till now, we have sold about 1500 sets of roll forming equipment to over 20 provinces in China and we export products to many countries and regions such as America, Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, etc.
Now, we have over 300 employees, over 70 of which are proficient technicians. All the technicians have affluent experience in machine designing and manufacturing.
Our mission is to provide single finished machine for our client. In order to control the quality of our product, we conduct strict quality management from the beginning of processing component parts. We have a top ranking computer aided design center, machining center, two flame or plasma cutting machines, four CNC wire cutting machines, two CNC planer type milling machine, 20 CNC lathes and more than 14 planers, grinders and drillers.
Each step is strictly inspected by our technicians for the component parts or the finished products.

1. In the presale service, we can provide free samples, with the freight charged by clients. If the client finally places an order, the freight of samples will be deducted from the payment for goods. 2. The delivery time lasts for around 80 days. 3. The warranty period for our product is one year. If the machine has any malfunction within this period, we will provide free parts or give solutions on site. 4. According the customers' demand, we can send engineers to our client for helping installing and debugging, as well as training our client in the usage of the product. |
