1. Product Introduction
Stability is core to the high-speed production of high-quality PP strapping. This production line is equipped with a dual-stage cooling system consisting of a primary cooling tank and a secondary sizing tank. The primary tank performs initial quenching and shaping, while the secondary tank provides precise low-temperature cooling after stretching and oven heat treatment. This ensures permanent dimensional stability, low internal stress, and high rigidity of the product. Both tanks are internally equipped with polyurethane-covered guide rollers and precision alignment devices, which force the four strands to advance in parallel. This completely resolves issues of product entanglement and deviation during high-speed production, providing perfect preconditions for subsequent embossing and winding.

A3: Consistency is first ensured by the high-precision "4-strand" extrusion die head (tolerance ≤ ±0.05mm).
