Yes. The production line provides circulation and temperature control but cannot actively lower water temperature. To guarantee inlet temperature ≤22°C and achieve the 10-25°C regulation range, customers need to configure corresponding cooling towers (heat dissipation via evaporation) or industrial chillers (forced refrigeration) based on local climate and production capacity. We provide detailed interface requirements and heat load data for equipment selection.
Will water quality deteriorate with long-term循环 use? How is it maintained?
Yes, water evaporates, minerals may concentrate, and algae may grow. We recommend: 1) Regularly testing and adjusting water pH and hardness; 2) Adding appropriate corrosion inhibitors and biocides; 3) Using the drain outlet at the system bottom for periodic排污 and fresh water replenishment. Proper water treatment protects equipment piping and ensures cooling efficiency.
