Its flexibility manifests in two layers: Physical Flexibility—through quick-release die head flanges and modular dies, product width changes can be completed within hours; Process Flexibility—the PLC control system stores multiple process recipes, allowing one-touch recall to adjust temperature, speed, draw ratio, etc., to optimal settings for new specifications. From producing 12mm heavy-duty strapping to 3mm thin decorative strips, you can handle it with ease, seizing every opportunity in niche markets.
Main Specifications
Quick Die Change System: The flow diverging die head connects to the extruder via a quick-release flange with locating pins, using hydraulic or manual clamping mechanisms to drastically reduce die changeover time. Multiple standard and custom die sets are provided.
Adjustable Auxiliary Units: Haul-off roller width and pressure are adjustable; winder mandrel sizes are changeable (supporting φ150-φ250mm paper cores) to accommodate products of different widths and roll diameters.
Digital Process Management: The touch screen has a built-in product specification database linked to corresponding die numbers, process recipes, and even winding length settings. When switching products, the system can prompt required die changes and preparatory steps.
Broad Process Adaptability: Key process parameters like extrusion temperature, haul-off speed ratios, and draw ratio have wide adjustable ranges, ensuring optimal process points can be found for various PP products from thin to thick, low-strength to high-strength.

Q1: After changing dies, does it take a long time to adjust the process before producing qualified products?
This is precisely the value of our recipe management system. The first time producing a new product indeed requires process debugging to find optimal parameters. Once successfully debugged, you can save all parameters (zone temperatures, screw speed, haul-off roller speeds, stretch settings, winding tension, etc.) as a complete "recipe." Next time you produce that product, simply calling up this recipe will automatically set all parameters. Combined with precise dies, stable production can typically be achieved within 1-2 rolls, greatly reducing material and time waste during changeovers.
Q2: The line can produce products with very different widths, like 3mm and 15mm. How is equipment universality ensured?
Universality is ensured through "modularity" and "adjustability." 1) Dies are dedicated—producing 3mm and 15mm requires different die heads. 2) Cooling tank is universal—it has movable guide wheel divider plates inside to adapt to guiding and spacing for different widths. 3) Haul-off and embossing units have roller faces wide enough for the largest product; side guides or pressure zones are adjusted for narrow straps. 4) Winder adapts to different paper core sizes by changing or adjusting chucks. The core extrusion, heating, and control systems are fully universal.
