It then progresses through a precisely temperature-controlled oven for preheating and relaxation. Subsequent high-temperature, high-ratio main stretching in the second drawing zone fully orients the molecular chains. The final stage involves heat relaxation and setting in the oven's latter section to stabilize the oriented structure and relieve internal stress. This carefully controlled, staged process maximizes material potential to deliver superior products with exceptional tensile strength, minimal thermal shrinkage, and outstanding dimensional stability.

Is adjusting this complex process difficult?
Operation is straightforward but requires understanding of process principles. All critical parameters (speed ratios for each section, temperatures for each oven zone) are centrally configured and displayed on the PLC touch screen. We establish baseline process recipes during commissioning. When changing raw materials or target products, typically only fine-tuning of draw ratios and temperatures based on the baseline recipe is necessary, with guidance from our experienced technicians.
