A: The system is designed with dual protection. First, the water level sensor has a high-level detection point. If water inflow is detected even after reaching the high level, it will trigger a high-level alarm and may force-close the main water inlet. Second, the tanks themselves are equipped with overflow outlets to drain excess water. However, regular inspection of valves and sensors is necessary preventive maintenance.
Q: Are there water quality requirements for the source used by the automatic replenishment system?
A: Yes. It is recommended to connect to filtered industrial water or softened water. If untreated tap water or groundwater is used, scale and impurities may clog the sensors, valves, or spray holes, affecting system operation and contaminating the cooling water. Water quality management is important for long-term use.
Q: If there is a sudden water supply interruption, what protective measures does this system have?
A: The core logic of the automatic water level control system is "replenish if water is available, alarm if not." When a water outage causes the level to drop continuously to an extremely low alarm level, the system will activate audible/visual alarms and, according to preset logic, can make the production line slow down or stop, preventing continued operation under insufficient cooling which could lead to product deformation or equipment damage.
